hasterolls5e

hasterolls5e shortens the attack flow. When an attack hits, it automatically clicks the damage button on the chat card so damage rolls without a second click. The roll configuration dialog is also skipped by default, with Shift held to bring it back.

hasterolls5e fires its auto-damage once, at the moment the original attack resolves. If that attack missed, no damage is rolled and the auto-trigger doesn’t come back on its own.

When a player uses Spend Tenacity on a missed attack and the new total meets or beats the target’s AC, Tenacity re-triggers the damage flow on the same target. The player gets the same one-click behavior they expect from hasterolls5e, even after a post-roll flip.

This only runs when hasterolls5e is installed, active, and its Auto-Roll Damage setting is on. With any of those off, Tenacity stays out of the damage step and the player rolls damage manually.

  1. The original attack card shows a miss.
  2. The player spends Tenacity. The Spend result chat message reports the raise and that the attack now hits.
  3. A damage card appears for the same attack, the same as if the original roll had hit.
