Installation
Foundry Module Manager
Section titled “Foundry Module Manager”- Open Configuration and Setup → Add-on Modules → Install Module.
- Search for Travel Pace Calculator and click Install.
- In a world, open Manage Modules and enable Travel Pace Calculator.
Manual install
Section titled “Manual install”Paste this manifest URL into the Install Module dialog:

The module works with the system only. It reads pace rules, mount and vehicle movement, and distance abbreviations from the system.
Opening the calculator
Section titled “Opening the calculator”After enabling the module:
- Switch the scene controls to the Tokens palette.
- Click the Travel Pace tool (
fas fa-routeicon). The calculator opens as a floating dialog. See The Calculator. - Clicking the tool again while the window is open re-focuses the existing dialog rather than opening a duplicate.
Both GMs and players can open the calculator. Calculations are local; only the Send to Chat action produces a visible result for the rest of the table.
First-run setup
Section titled “First-run setup”Two things to do before the first session:
- Open Configure Settings → Travel Pace to flip Use Metric System if your table uses kilometers. See Settings.
- Open Configure Mounts & Vehicles (same settings panel) to populate the calculator’s mount dropdown. Without this, the dropdown is hidden and every calculation runs on-foot. See Mounts and Vehicles.
