Required systemD&D 5e (minimum 5.3.0, verified 5.3.3)

The module is D&D 5e only. It reads pace rules, mount and vehicle movement, and distance abbreviations from the dnd5e system.

After enabling the module:

  1. Switch the scene controls to the Tokens palette.
  2. Click the Travel Pace tool (fas fa-route icon). The calculator opens as a floating dialog. See The Calculator.
  3. Clicking the tool again while the window is open re-focuses the existing dialog rather than opening a duplicate.

Both GMs and players can open the calculator. Calculations are local; only the Send to Chat action produces a visible result for the rest of the table.

Two things to do before the first session:

  • Open Configure Settings → Travel Pace to flip Use Metric System if your table uses kilometers. See Settings.
  • Open Configure Mounts & Vehicles (same settings panel) to populate the calculator’s mount dropdown. Without this, the dropdown is hidden and every calculation runs on-foot. See Mounts and Vehicles.
