3 Death Saves

Settings

3DS:ATLAS registers four settings under its own heading in the Foundry module settings. The same heading carries three buttons that open a window instead of setting a value:

A world-scoped setting is stored on the world and only a GM can change it, while a client-scoped setting is stored per user. Foundry hides world-scoped rows from players, so a player sees only Logging Level and the three buttons in this section.

Controls how much 3DS modules write to the browser console. The choices are Off, Errors, Warnings, and Verbose. Each choice logs everything the ones before it log. 3DS modules read the level once while the world loads, so a change applies after you reload.

  • Default: Warnings
  • Scope: client
  • GM only: no

Whispers the GM a chat message listing 3DS modules with a newer version available.

  • Default: on
  • Scope: world
  • GM only: yes

Pops up a window with release notes after a 3DS module updates.

  • Default: on
  • Scope: world
  • GM only: yes

Names the GM that runs 3DS module automation when more than one GM is logged in. The dropdown lists the automatic option followed by every GM user in the world. If the chosen GM goes offline or stops being a GM, the role falls back to Foundry’s active GM. 3DS modules read ATLAS.isPrimaryGM to decide which GM client runs their automation.

  • Default: Automatic (Foundry’s active GM)
  • Scope: world
  • GM only: yes
