Managing reminders

Open the Reminders window and click Add Reminder at the bottom. A Create New Reminder dialog opens with a text field for the reminder. Type the text and click Create.

You can also right-click the Reminders button in the player list to open the create dialog directly.

If the text field is left empty, the reminder is created with placeholder text.

Each row has a checkbox in the Done column. Check it to mark the reminder completed. The row and its text show a completed style. Uncheck it to mark the reminder active again.

Completed reminders sort to the bottom of the list. Active reminders sort above them, newest first.

Each row has an edit button in the Actions column. Click it to open a dialog with the current text, change the text, and click Save.

Each row has a delete button in the Actions column. Click it and confirm to remove that reminder. The confirmation cannot be undone.

Click Delete Completed at the bottom of the window to remove every completed reminder at once. A confirmation appears before they are deleted. If nothing is marked done, a notice says there are no completed reminders to delete.

A player’s reminders are stored against that player. Each player sees only their own list. One player cannot see another player’s reminders.

You as the GM see every player’s reminders in one window. The table adds a Creator column showing which user wrote each reminder. Reminders group by creator within the list.

When you create a reminder, the dialog includes an Owner dropdown listing every user. Pick the owner to file the reminder under that player’s list. When you edit a reminder, changing the owner moves it to the selected player.

Right-clicking the Reminders button next to a specific player’s name opens the create dialog with that player preselected as the owner.

You can edit or delete any player’s reminders. A player can edit or delete only their own.
