Every Tenacity setting is world-scoped, under Game Settings, Configure Settings, Tenacity. Defaults are tuned for a typical 5e table; adjust to taste.

| Failed Tenacity Refund % | 100 | How much gets refunded when a raise fails. 100 means full refund. Range 0 to 100. |
| Tenacity Crits | Off | Treat a raise to 20 as a critical hit. Off by default since RAW only counts the original die face. |
| Lock on New Roll | On | Once an actor rolls again, their prior unraised rolls can no longer be raised. A card laid is a card played. |
