Mindful Encounters
Run dungeon exploration in budgeted turns instead of initiative. Every token gets a movement budget and moves until it runs out, then marks Done. When everyone is Done the world clock advances one dungeon turn and the budgets reset. A move past the budget is cancelled or stopped at the line, your choice.
